Colour Pale straw.
Nose White flowers and brioche.
Palate This wine is very restrained and savoury. A distinctive acid line, with subtle oak gives macadamia and vanilla flavours. The fruit is in the white nectarine spectrum.

VINIFICATION:

Single vineyard site in the Yarra Valley region reflecting its unique terroir.

ANALYSIS:

Alcohol: 12.5%
Sugar: Dry

WINEMAKERS COMMENTS:

Produced in small batches, whole bunch pressed and wild fermented on solids in 100% French oak hogheads.

FOOD MATCH:

Rich sauces are best, a steak béarnaise, or a fine rich fish such as turbot, grilled veal chops with mushrooms.
