Nose Violet and spicy cherry with a hint of strawberry sweetness and a touch of cinnamon.
This vineyard crops low, with small berries in tight bunches. As such the fruit has quite concentrated and intense flavours.

Some stems included in the ferments to build complexity and give a savoury balance to the fruit. Specialty yeasts were chosen for the same reason. This was quite a hands on wine, with hand plunging up to 5 or 6 times a day during fermentation.
Pair with caramelised onion tart or a herb incrusted white fish.
