Nose Plum and black berry with a hint of cherry sweetness, Spice and pepper are noticeable, a fragrant lifted wine of noted class.
Palate The palate is full with layers of ripe fruit flavours: mulberries, spicy blackberries and plums. Combines and balances with fine tannins to provide textural depth of flavour and length.

VINIFICATION

With the high altitude, cool climate and the perfect growing season has come a wine of depth and flavour. The wine is rich and ripe with nice balance which is true to the Hill Tops region.

WINEMAKERS COMMENTS

A lovely growing season with long cool nights has captured the full flavours that the Hill Tops region is becoming renowned for. Bursting with ripe berries we were able to produce a perfumed elegant wine that shows depth and character that only a good growing season can produce.

Goes well with spicy pizza or a juicy steak.
